Freelancing support
This milestone is focused on allowing freelancers to register themselves in the platform as providers of QA/Test services. Freelancers will be able to offer their services in the context of various QA/Test projects activities and the customers will be able to select the desired freelancers.
Estimated release: September 2023
Main functionalities to be released:
- Freelancers registration as services providers, along with their asked fees and their availability
- Freelancers data full self-service.
- When the customer creates QA/Test activities, a list of compatible and available freelancers will be prepared for the customer, and the customer will be able to choose the one(s) who will provide the requested services.
- The platform operator (Arnia Software) provides arbitration and platform support.
Enhanced freelancing support
This release will be focused on enhancing the freelancers platform experience.
Estimated release: December 2023
Main functionalities to be released:
- Automatic resources (freelancers) replacement workflows.
- Customer support for the management of the freelancing resources.
- Project-oriented customer enhanced dashboards and reports.
- Support for freelancers performance rating.
Online payments support
This milestone is focused on including online payments support in Test Urbis.
Estimated release: November-December 2023
Main functionalities to be released:
1. Allow customers to:
- Make online payments to us (the platform operator).
- Make online payments to services providers, for the QA services delivered.
2. Allow us (the platform operator) to:
- Make online payments to the customers (reimbursements etc.).
- Make online payments to the services providers (differences etc.).
3. Allow freelancers/services providers to:
- Make online payments to us (fees etc.).
- Make online payments to the customers (differences etc.).
4. Payments management (partial payments, withhold payments, returns etc.).
5. Payments arbitration.
6. Specific security standards compliance.
7. Integration with multiple online payments engines.
8. Support for payment reports and statistics.
2024 and beyond

This milestone is focused on providing support for a personalized and optimal platform UI experience, available on both desktop and mobile devices.

Test Cases Management (TCM) support
This milestone is focused on implementing built-in support for test cases management.
Main functionalities to be released:
- Create and manage test cases structures (suites, sections)
- Create and manage test cases templates
- Create and manage test cases
- Search and filtering
- Reports/Statistics
- Import/Export data from other TCMs
- Integration with issues management systems (Jira etc.)
Public API
This milestone is focused on releasing a platform public API, which will allow integration of our platform functionalities with other systems used by the customers.
Main functionalities to be released:
- Expose API to manage users and organizations
- Expose API to manage Test projects, Test runs and QA activities
- Expose API to manage subscriptions and payments
- Expose API to track notifications and inquiries updates.
- Expose API to retrieve reports data.
