Once you have identified the type of service you need, the steps to buy a subscription are:
1. The first step is to contact us, specifying:
- The type of QA/Test service you need; please note that unless you need a generic type of service, such as “Generic testing services”, you will need to get a subscription for each different type of service you need.
- The software product targeted by the QA/Test service; a minimal description is needed so we can understand what the subject of the QA service(s) is.
- Service delivery information:
-
- When, how often, estimated volume of work.
- How it will be delivered (procedures, rules, standards etc.).
- Reporting requirements (work reports, invoicing periodicity etc.).
- Other specific requirements you have (such as payment terms, GDPR, T&C, Legal, Intellectual property etc.).
2. Once we receive and analyze the information above, we will get back to you with:
- Clarification questions, if needed.
- Our availability to deliver the requested service.
- Our pricing proposal.
3. Next, we agree on the contractual terms and complete the legal procedures for a contract.
4. We will generate a unique software key for the acquired service that you can use in the online platform to register the acquired subscription. The registration process is very simple, and it will allow you to check the registered subscription data correctness.
As mentioned above, because there are no two projects and services with the same complexity, we are not setting fixed prices for the services we provide. A specific project complexity (and the price for the services provided) can differ based on:
- The quality of the product documentation available.
- The tools which must be used for various purposes (such as TCM, issues management, documentation management etc.).
- The programming language(s) and the framework(s) used for developing test automation, if applicable.
- The complexity of the test environment’s preparation and management.
- Other specific project details
Also, our prices can include discounts and other variable pricing components. Therefore, the specific price associated with a service is agreed directly between the customer and the platform operator – Arnia Software, outside the platform, through direct contact and communication.
As a general guideline, our prices usually fall in the bellow brackets:
If you don’t want to have a fixed number of contracted hours specified in your subscription, and just pay-as-you-go, it’s also fine, you will get periodically, as agreed, the invoice for the consumed hours, using the agreed price x hour. The platform allows you to continuously monitor the hours consumed by our QA/Test team, by using the customer reporting functionalities built-in.
As a standard practice, the subscription you buy will specify the number of contracted hours. The platform will automatically notify you when you will get close to consume these hours and you will have the possibility to:
- Extend the contracted hours.
- Buy a new subscription.
