The main features we have built in the current release of the Test Urbis online app.

Full online support for defining and managing the QA/Test activities.

The customer requests to be executed (such as manual test cases execution, test cases design, test automation development, special types of testing and many more).

Minimal or no direct interaction between the customer and the QA/Test team.

The customer does not have to manage the QA/Test team – all it is required for the customer to do is to create QA activities requests in the platform, and the assignment and management of the QA/Test resources is handled transparently for the customer by the platform operator (aka our company). This is an important advantage, specific to TaaS models, leading to significantly reduced costs for the customer.

The progress information updates related to the executed QA/Test activities are easily accessible online.

Both the QA/Test team and the customer can update the activities status and data (such as test results, log effort spent, upload information/documents etc.).

Support for data reporting.

The platform has built-in reporting functionalities, customer- oriented, that can be used to track the activities performed, and to monitor the engagement of the QA/Test team in the requested activities.

Our company has provided such services for many years, and this experience was materialized in how the platform was designed and built, and how we build and manage our engineering resources. We can perform all types of testing, we can prepare QA/QC/Test documentation, we can develop test automations using the common industry tools and frameworks, and we deliver many other types of services.

Support for centralized communication.

All exchanged messages between the customer, the QA/Test team, and the platform operator (our company) are stored in the platform, and they can be accessed at any time.

Sent by the platform, for all the relevant events that occur in the platform (such as important data updates, new requests etc.).
