What if I want to use Test Urbis without registering my company details?

Yes, you can do that – when you are asked about your organisation information just enter your own personal/anonymized information. However, you will need to provide a valid email address in order to complete the registration process.

I have created data using a trial organisation, and the trial is about to expire soon. What do I have to do to keep my data?

You have two options:

• Buy a subscription and register it in your test organisation. When you do that, your test organisation will be automatically converted to a standard organisation.
• Contact us, and if you really need some more time to evaluate our platform, we will be happy to extend your trial expiration date.

How do I buy a subscription that fits my specific requirements?

The process for buying a subscription is presented here. To summarize, you must directly contact us, and based on your requirements we will create together a legal agreement containing the list of services to be provided, the pricing information and the contracted hours. Once the legal agreement is active, we will give you a subscription code that you will use in the Test Urbis platform to register the subscription (the legal agreement). Multiple subscriptions can be acquired and there is also the possibility to extend the validity of the current subscriptions.

What is the difference between normal users and admin users in my organisation?

The difference is that admin users can manage the normal users data (add, remove, update). Other than that, all your organisation users can register a subscription and use it to create requests for our platform QA/Test team to execute various QA/Test activities.

How do I contact you if I need help with some operations?

You have two options to contact us:

• The first one is to use the platform built-in Inquiries functionality. You can create new threads, create messages, and reply to messages. This is the recommended way to contact us, as it keeps all the communication history in one place, easy to access all the time. Just add “Platform operator” (aka us) to the recipients list.
• Contact us, or send us an email. We will respond as soon as possible.

How do I delete my data, if I need to?

There are two types of data stored in Test Urbis:

1. Trial data (the data you entered using a 30-days free trial organisation). There are two options to permanently delete this data:
   • Wait until the 30-days period expires; all data will be automatically deleted.
   • Send us a request to have your data deleted right away.
2. Standard data. There are two options to permanently delete the data:
   • Delete the data yourself by using the platform functionalities.
   • Send us a request to have your data deleted right away.

Please note that in both cases the data which was already saved as part of the periodical encrypted backups will be kept until the backups will expire.

How is my data used by the platform?

Please see our Privacy policy. We keep all your data only on the platform, and we never send your data to an outside party.

Are there any limitations regarding the size of my data?

No, you can create as many users, Test projects, Test runs, QA Activities and Inquires as you need.

Is there a dedicated mobile application for the platform?

Not yet – it is in our roadmap. If you really need to use your mobile device, just use the mobile browser to access the platform website.
